Information for streamers and creators who want to be part of the RustSpain community.
Streamer Role on Discord
The Streamer Role gives you greater visibility on our Discord, placing you at the top right above other players.
To obtain this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 1,000 followers on Twitch / Kick / Youtube.
- Have previously played on our servers.
- Support us in some way (mention the community name, the server you played on, use the !server command or similar).
Automation in the Streamers Channel Bot
We offer you the possibility to automate the publication of your content in our dedicated streamers channel within Discord.
This way, when you go live or publish a new video, it will be automatically shared with over 28,000 members in our Discord.
This feature is intended for creators who are already active members of the community and meet a series of requirements.
Requirements
- Previously meet the requirements for the Streamer Role on Discord.
- Have at least 5,000 followers on Twitch / Kick / Youtube.
- Be a relatively well-known creator within the Rust streamer community.
This automation is not part of a creator program and its activation is subject to manual validation by the staff.
No Support Against Stream Sniping
After careful consideration and due to lack of time and staff to properly manage the rules related to Stream Sniping, we have decided to temporarily suspend this rule on our servers starting September 12, 2024.
We know this measure may be seen negatively by some, especially those streamers who play on our servers, and we understand the concerns. However, we believe this decision will allow us to focus our efforts on other key areas to improve the overall experience for all players on our servers.
It is important to clarify that sanctions already applied for violating this rule will not be revoked.
We emphasize that this is not a definitive measure. In the future, when we have the necessary resources and team, we may reconsider the rule and reimplement it with a more efficient approach.
No Queue Skips
We know there are other servers that offer 'free' queue skips for streamers and their teammates or friends.
Currently, we do not have a specific program for content creators and therefore do not offer free queue skips to anyone. If you are a content creator and do not want to wait in line to enter one of our servers, you will have to obtain a queue skip like the rest of the players.
We understand that for many of you, streaming is a job and part of your daily life, generating income. However, our servers also have monthly maintenance costs.
We appreciate your understanding and support in this regard.
