By using RustSpain services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using RustSpain services (servers, website, Discord, etc.), you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
2. Use of the Service
By using our services, you agree to:
- Follow all server rules published at /rules
- Not use hacks, exploits, scripts, or any form of cheating.
- Not perform actions that may harm server operation.
- Respect other players and staff members.
- Not share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Use a legitimate Steam account and not share accounts.
3. Sanctions and Bans
We reserve the right to:
- Ban or suspend your access for rule violations.
- Remove inappropriate content without prior notice.
- Modify or remove your progress in case of cheating.
Staff decisions are final. You may appeal bans through the ticket system.
4. VIP and Queue Skip
General Purchase Conditions
- To make a digital purchase, the user must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian.
- All purchases are processed as individual transactions of digital products or services.
Product selection and user responsibility
- It is the user's sole responsibility to correctly select the RustSpain server for the digital purchase.
- During the purchase process, the user explicitly confirms the server for which the package is intended.
- No changes, modifications, or refunds will be accepted due to user selection errors.
Server rules and access
- Purchasing a package does not exempt users from server rules.
- Benefits do not grant preferential treatment by the staff.
- Active VAC or EAC bans will restrict access to our servers.
Refunds, returns, and disputes
- Activated digital products are non-refundable.
- Purchases made during an active ban will not be refunded.
- Chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
Prices, features, and availability of packages may be modified or removed at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
- All website content is the property of RustSpain or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
RustSpain is not responsible for:
- Loss of progress, items, or data.
- Service interruptions or maintenance.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Interactions with other players.
- Changes to game mechanics.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain a stable service but do not guarantee 24/7 availability.
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Server and plugin updates
- Mandatory wipes
- Configuration or mode changes
Major changes will be announced in advance whenever possible.
8. Data Protection

9. Changes to the Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and subject to Spanish courts.
